Practice Arena uses AI to generate scenarios, scores, and coaching feedback. This content is for practice and self-improvement only. It may be inaccurate or incomplete, is not professional, legal, medical, financial, or career advice, and is no guarantee of any real-world outcome such as passing an interview or exam. Use your own judgment.

Your content

You keep ownership of the content you submit. You grant us a limited licence to process it solely to operate the service and produce your results, as described in our Privacy Policy.

Availability and changes

The service is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis. We may change, suspend, or discontinue features, and we may update these terms; continued use after a change means you accept the updated terms.

Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Practice Arena is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, or for any decisions you make based on AI-generated feedback. Nothing in these terms limits rights that cannot be limited under applicable law.

Termination

You may stop using the service and delete your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate access if these terms are violated.
